RMS utilizes XDimensional’s Nexsure MGA+ Edition Insurance Processing Platform, and has deployed Service Automation, a Nexsure module that facilitates automated communications and renewal processing for their RMS Swim Program.
The principals at RMS have been the insurance consultants to the competitive swimming community for the past 35 years. RMS utilizes its long history of swimming related experience to help underwrite, broker, and manage highly developed insurance programs specific to the sport of swimming.
The case study focuses on how Nexsure’s Service Automation has provided RMS with the means to become more efficient in their workflow process, especially at renewal time, for their RMS Swim Program. Estimations are that they have been able to reduce annual staff hours by approximately 1,500, saving 1,000 hours at renewal time, and enabling them to redirect this focus to new business opportunities. They have also seen that lapses in coverage have been greatly reduced due to the usage of this automated process, and that customer satisfaction has improved.
